FLACCID LIMB SYNDROME

WEI SYNDROME
This condition consists in flaccidity or atrophy of the limbs which impairs the ability to move. There are at least four main etiologies:

  1. Heat in the Lungs,
  2. Damp Heat,
  3. Deficiency of the Yin of the Liver and Kidneys, and
  4. Obstruction of the Channels by Trauma.
