TONGUE: red with redder and swollen tip, yellow coat
PULSE: rapid
SIGNS/SYMPTOMS: mental restlessness, tongue ulcers, throat pain, deafness, discomfort in the chest, sensation of heat in the chest, abdominal pain, thirst, scanty dark urine, painful urination, blood in the urine.
